Larry Bradley,current member of the Papio-Missouri Board of Directors announced Saturday evening his decision to run for the District 10 Legislative Seat being vacated. Larry was on hand to accept the Howell Community Service Award at the annual Douglas County Democratic Party Harry S Truman Dinner.
Bradley was elected to the Papio-Missouri NRD Board in 2008. Bradley also serves as a member of the Nebraska Environmental Quality Council, appointed by Governor Dave Heineman in 2005.
“Legislation that strengthens our resolve to ensuring health care and social services for our most vulnerable adults and children, promoting economic development that supports job growth, promoting green technologies and clean energy initiatives, supporting adequate funding for education and supporting our veterans and those serving our country will be my top priorities. I look forward to meeting with and working for the citizens of District 10 and all Nebraskans to find common sense solutions to our most challenging issues.”
